Has anyone here tried the Hawaiian Silky Hair Gel besides me?

I've tried both the "dry look" and the regular activator gel and I preferred the "dry look". I no longer use either because I like Long Aid and Qhemet's Honeybush Tea better, but they were great at first. Good for edges!

I was shocked to find out that the ingredients of the Hawaiian Silky hair gel for dry curls have changed just recently. It used 2 b mostly natural and now 1/2 of the ingredients r natural. After using it, I found that it actually loosened up curls a little bit and the ingredients happen 2 b very similar 2 Curlisto's Curl Reform. It's perfect 4 me since I used 2 use the Curl Reform 2 keep my hair from looking like it needs another biosoftening treatment and it's cheaper.

I'm confused. You're using bio-softener, which is nothing but a glorified texturizer. Why do you care if the gel has less natural ingredients???

This thread is meant 2 inform people who may have used the Hawaiian Silky hair gel in the about it's update/improvement. If u judgemental & pessimistic people were actually paying attention, u would've gotten that. Where r the optimistic, less judgemental & dramatic people?

Wow. I really don't see why it was necessary to bring up the bio-softner thing in here. Completely irrelevant..

Default *Newsflash*

Most mass market hair products for black hair are no where close to being natural.

Yes, I use Carefree Curl Gold Spray but it keeps my hair moisturized during the day.

I like using the HS dry look activator gel. It gives me great curl definition.
