@wildflower,, thanks for the link

@OnyxCabelo thanks for the video

@MixedUpCurly, the first times I used coconut oil on my hair, I didn't at all like it, and was sure coconut oil just didn't work for my hair. I stopped using it, and months later on tried again only because I had ran out of olive oil, and loved the results. Try a few times, each time use a different application method, and you just might find out that it works great for your hair.

Eh! No questions?

Here's one: How come my hair is curly only on the ends? The last few inches curl nicely, but the first few inches from the root just frizz. What gives?

What kind of headbands is everyone using for making puffs? The ones I use catch my hair and pull it.

The length of your hair could be a factor. The weight of your hair could be pulling out the curl. For me, I sometimes pay so much attention to my ends that I don't run my products (i.e. moisturizers, gels, conditioners) all the way from the root. I don't use headbands so I can't respond to the other question.

What has been the most difficult conditioning treatment you've ever had to rinse out of your hair and how did you get it all out and how long did it take?

That time I used egg. The hot water cooked it in my hair. Took about an hour. I just kept rinsing and rinsing... Ah well, lesson learned =/

What products to you contribute to your growth thus far?

Mahoganycurls has this video about using the cut off end of a knee-hi to make a puff. That's what I've been using for the past several months and it works well for me...

Great idea! Hope my head isn't too big for my knee-highs.

My hair likes the Jessicurl Weekly but it also loves for me to use KBB's Hair Mask once a month.

What's your favorite moisturizing product that you use to refresh your curls on say 2nd day hair?

Do you think natural hair is a fad? Why or why not?

I don't think that natural hair is a fad. Knowledge is power and we are learning the truth about the dangers of using caustic chemicals on our scalps and what happens when the chemicals seep into our bodies. Being healthy and embracing your natural beauty should be a way of life and not a fad.

If you had to choose, which would you rather have volume or length? Healthy is implied .

Length. idk if this is added to my hair as it is, bc i have more than enough volume. If i had neither lenght or volume I would still choose length. I can do lots of styles to increase volume.
