i would say yes. i've done it b4 with no bad after effects on my hair. long as it hasn't been expired months. some people still eat yogurt once it has expired unless its super rank or something.

Hear that crash? It's me falling off the CG wagon.
@ Suburban,

Yes ma'am I smelled it today and it seemed okay lol I was like uuuh...? Can I use this!? Good to know! Although I was too impatient/too scared to try it so I went ahead and dc'ed with some coconut oil, leaving it in over night so it can absorb all the way, if I don't I get white gush when I wet bun in the morning . Def. taking this back to school with me then!

I am actually interested in making a yogurt/honey mask..mostly I just mix the yogurt in with a cheapie conditioner, seems to work okay so far.

I recently did a careml treatment which tends to include all the ingredients you all have mentioned. Plus/minus what your hair likes. I did see more hang and shine but I'm not gonna do it again for a few weeks as some have said it STRAIGHTENED their hair!!!

Honey is quite sticky and hard to distribute (the olive oil helps though), but rinses easily. When I first used it, I was SO scared that it was going to get stuck in my hair, but it worked like a charm!
