Mine did it too - at first I thought I was seeing things, but it's def darker like a ripe avocado. I used it anyway and it still works fine though.

I see shes making some changes, which is pretty cool

What's New??Starting April 5 all products will come in an unscented version. To get an unscented product simply put "Unscented" in the comment box at checkout. Scented products will be sent out unless "Unscented" is typed.

Labels will now include the directions and ingredient list. Please bare with me, as this change will happen gradually.

By popular demand the fragrance for Whipped Avocado Cream will be changed starting May 1st. Check back for details
Mine looks like this:

If it is a bad batch, get your money back! And if not, then yes I love using hair stuff as body cream!

Sorry you are having a bad day, Mondays, I tell ya.

I think the better question is how does it feel in your hands, because you can't really go off the look in the containers. Mines felt light, and creamy although it looks nothing like CocoT's pic (I think it was just applied to the jar differently). The little bit I tested on my hair absorbed really well, unlike CD's Hair Butter (I'm not a fan of that stuff, it just sat on my hair I had to wash it out). So although it looked the same as CD's it behaved very differently. In my opinion CD's Hair Butter isn't really a butter, it's more like a "heavy cream" like Nea mentioned. I think of butters as being more thick and harder.

Another thing to consider is that maybe some of the ingredients could be new to your hair and your strands have to adjust??? When I first tried Oyin's Honey Hemp Conditioner it made my hair feel AWFUL!! I was in the middle of twisting my hair and I couldn't take it I had to re-wash my hair 2x's! Since I had a 16oz bottle a couple of weeks later I decided to try it again and it worked soooo much better, Now it's my favorite as a deep cond'er. Has anyone else had an experience like that?

I haven't seen anyone mention the Sweet Almond Pudding....I have been having a hard time finding a product that I can apply to my a hair a couple of days after my braid outs for moisture without it looking like I have gray hair and I think the Sweet Almond Pudding may be what I'm looking for. It absorbed in my hair even better than the Avocado Cream, I couldn't believe it. Maybe this is more of what you are looking for lovestosamba. It actually looks and feels like pudding. I love the way all 3 of the products smell. The Avocado Cream smells like Pez candy to me lol and the Holding Butter like cake! Yummmy! I'm looking forward to fulling using everything I purchased. I have a good feeling about it.

When I first went natural, as I read product reviews and other hair tips I wasn't considering texture and would wonder why my hair did something completely different. So now I listen (or read) to other ladies with very similar hair texture and behavior, and I've been having better results.

Sorry for the rambling long post. Peace!

Hey hey hey, lol. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for supporting me and encouraging me. I also have some more information that isn't the best. I am copying and pasting this from my website.

"I am sad to announce that the Mango Cupuacu Holding Butter will be discontinued. One of the main reasons for this is the the company from which I order my supplies from is having issues with their suppliers and the fragrance for this product will no longer be offered. All my efforts to find a replacement have been unsuccessful. I do apologize for this inconvenience, as I know this was a fragrance many people including myself really liked. As always I will do my very best to provide quality products at affordable prices."

Also to those two ladies who said your WAC changed colors. I have no idea what that's about but if you would like me to send you a replacement free of charge I will. Just send me an email at mozeke.products@gmail.com.

I put my stuff in big containers (like food storage quart size jars from the grocery store) and I made my last batch of WAC back in Feb. It hasn't changed colors or anything, so I am really at a loss as to why this happened. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

I will be introducing some new products very soon. The names might change depending on what comments I get back from the testers who are currently trying these out. Here's a list of the next few products that will be coming out within the next couple months:

Babassu Twisting Cream
Cocoa Peach Pomade
Amla Herbal Infusion: Hair oil
Coconut Kokum Hair Milk

Once again I really appreciate the support and I welcome all feedback. It truly helps me know how to better serve you.

Why would you discontinue the Mango Cupuacu because you can no longer get the fragrance? Can't you just make it unscented or find a different fragrance? Just wondering since so many people raved about this product.

I guess I assumed that people would not want it. I know that many people really liked the scent. I have been trying for over a month to find a replacement scent with no luck. But since you lovely ladies like it so much I will continue to sell it using the remainder of fragrance that I have and then it will come in unscented until further notice. Lol, I guess I should have just asked you guys first, lol. Thanks

I do understand that for a lot of folks, scent makes or breaks a product. I'm not one of them, for the most part. If the product performs, the scent has to be REALLY bad (and it has to linger) for me not to use it.

GUUUUURRRLLL!! Don't you dare discontinue the Mango Cupuacu Butter! That stuff is great! I just used it with Qhem's AOHC for my little bit of hold that I like for my twists and got great compliments while at the Hair Show!

Keep it!

I agree with NEA. Just pull the scent if enough complaints are out there about it. For what its worth, personally, I love that scent and it doesn't linger either.

I received my replacement Whipped Avocado Cream, it smells much better than the other one!! I really like this cream!!!

Great product and customer service is pretty durn good , if I must say.
I really like this stuff. Although I'm a scent person and I love the smell of the holding butter, ultimatly I'll take the performance over the smell.

I saw this on Mozeke's website....does this mean she's changing the fragrance of the WAC?? I love the smell of this stuff.

How are most of you using the styling products?? Which 2 gives the best hold for twist??

I put the Sweet Almond Pudding all throughout my hair right after a wash/co-wash and then I use the Mango Cupuacu Holding Butter for my braidouts. My braid/twistouts are never fully defined and so far the holding butter gives me the best results with the most definition (worked the best for me on damp hair). It gives a good hold while remaining soft and moisturized.

This morning I had to wear a wash n go so I put the Sweet Almond Pudding on my damp hair ( that was the only product I used) and once it dried OMG it was sooo soft! I had no frizz, my hair wasn't greasy, and my curls even looked a little more defined than usual. My BF even asked me what did I do to my hair because he like it! I have a hard time finding products that absorb in my hair and Mozeke's absorbs very well in my hair. I also like when I use a product and they don't leave my hands all gooey and all of her products leaves my hands extra soft so that's a plus.
