@Cerendipity-When I ordered on BF, it took over a month to get my order from her, and when I would send emails asking about the status of things, I got borderline smart ass responses, and one of my items was missing. She also quoted incorrect shipping dates over and over, so I almost thought someone took my stuff off the porch! I was just totally over it, I think a few people had unpleasant experiences during that sale when their orders came also.

She oversold the number of products she had in stock then her car needed a transmission, then 4 new tires, windshield wipers, new seatbelt systems, car door fell off so she couldn't get to the post office timely but she made it to the bglh meetup in Dec and she soldout of the grapeseed detangler which then she started refunding people's money when she should have filled the orders prior to the bglh meetup which was mid Dec.
Sorry, I was exaggerating on her car troubles but you get my point, she had a series of preventable events (not changing her out of state driver's license which prevented you from picking up more supplies, routine car maintenance) had she been on her business.

I was turned off from re-ordering back in June of 2010. I ordered the Sweet Almond Pudding, Holding Butter, & Twisting Cream. Everything came unscented which I did not request, so I emailed her and she said my order must've gotten mixed up....so I waited expecting a response with a solution and never got one so I sent another email asking if she could send me the fragrance to add my self or something because I preferred scented products. So I ended up sending my stuff back and she re-sent the scented ones.....but THEN my SAP opened all inside the package which may not have been completely her fault. I emailed her and she sent me another one, but the new one she sent was un-scented again and the formula was different. I didn't even feel like going back and forth again so I just ended up putting it on the swap board.
I never looked on the site again after that.

for some reason her font looks off on this but it translated to this for me in chrome
