Yes I cut the top off so it would grow more evenly because the top was growing so super fast compared to the sides

That's the exact same issue I had, especially b/c the top is looser. Looks cute!

I got my stuff! The Holding Butter smells desserty, but I can't put my finger on it...like...hmmm...ice cream of some sort. The Avo Cream does smell a bit floralish, but nothing overpowering. They are both very rich. Aaaand, I already did my hair, but I gotta take another shower anyway sooo...here we go!

I forgot that I have an all day event tommorow so I decided to do my hair this afternoon.
I decided to fully test the carrot protein masque so I didn't apply coconut oil to my hair after I washed with my poo bar, I didn't pre poo nor did I do my usual ayurvedic tea rinse.
Firstly the scent to me is like some sort of cake batter; not overpowering but subtle.
It was easy to apply and went one very smooth and I didn't have use much.
I put on a plastic cap and sat under my hooded dryer for half an hour and left the cap on without heat for another half an hour then rinsed.
Results : soft , very defined hair.
I give this two thumbs up. I will be purchasing more .
Great job Mozeke.
BTW customer service is top notch; rectified my issue promptly .
Also this conditioner has AMAZING slip, I had no problem detangling and my hair was in a 4 day wash and go before I washed.
I used heat and hot water and had no egg bits or any bits whatsoever in my hair.

Hmmm...still need to try it out more, but the holding butter may replace my beloved Cocolatte...I don't think I can use it alone (doesn't give enough "clump," my curls were defined but sort of all over the place - I think I just need a more watery styler or pudding), but I combined it with my AO B5 gel, which is hit or miss with me, and my hair is HELLA soft and defined. Only reason I'd use it over AfroVeda is b/c this is actually cheaper now, and I think the ingreds are a little better. I dig castor oil in my stuff. Also, since it's so concentrated, I only used a few dabs. Only other thing I didn't like that much was b/c the product is so thick, it was kind of hard to get through my hair, b/c I t-shirt dried and my hair wasn't soaking wet.

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes! I appreciate all of you!
USPS didn't deliver my packages, because no one was home...boooooo!. So, I had to arrange for a redelivery for tomorrow. I was all set to tear open boxes, and share with everyone.
Oh well...happy about the good reviews!

I thought the cupuacu mango butter was ok, I had a hard time blending it in my hair. I was expecting it to be more creamy. I think I should've gotten the sweet almond pudding instead. But I will say it did make my hair nice, soft, and shiny afer it soaked in though. I'm thinking my hair don't like thick buttery type stuff, but more creamy watery stylers.

I just got my package today! I LOVE the smell of the Carrot Protein Mask...seriously. It smells like something I should be eating. Lol!
The Whipped Avocodo Cream may be my replacement for Afroveda's Shea Amla. I just put some in my hair (twists), and I'm happy as I can be! My hair feels soft, and non-greasy.
I won't be using the mask, nor the holding butter till next wash. I'll do a blog review on all three products.

I washed my hair earlier today. Just a regular wash, nothing extensive.
I used the Moisturizing Hair Masque to deep condition for an hour and my hair came out nice and soft! I left it in longer since I wasn't using anything but my body heat. Very nice and I will continue to use.
Now the Whipped Avocado Cream and Mango Cupaucu Butter?? Absolutely loved them!! No issues with absorption with either product. The Avo Cream went into my hair like a thick conditioner, but its the consistency of jello pudding. It just smoothed into my hair and I liked that a LOT! Even my ends were happy and that's something that very, very few moisturizers achieve! This def is a keeper... I should have purchased a larger size.
The MC Hold Butter truly felt like a butter. I applied it right on top of the Avo Cream. I didn't have a hard time with it going in at all. Its thick, but very buttery and really malleable. It melted well into my hair. I little will go a long way. Again, my ends were pleased.
My hair doesn't feel greasy at all, just soft. There's a nice sheen to my hair. No dullness. I have my hair in braids now and will take it down in a day or so to check the results.
Loving my purchases so far
