Brooklyn has/had milk reflux. I noticed when she was about a month old that after I fed her in the night, I would lay her down and it sounded like liquid in her lungs when she was breathing. The doctor said we could do 3 things: switch formula to Enfamil AR (added rice milk for thickness), sit her up at an incline for at least 20 mins after eating, and he prescribed her some kind of reflux medicine.

I switched the formula, started sitting her up, and resolved that if they didn't help, I would get the prescription filled. I really had a hard time with the idea of giving such a young baby a steady prescription. She seemed to be fine and I never had to give her any meds. Now seems to be growing out of it (but also eats cereal in her bottle) so I wouldn't notice it as much either way.
