I'll jump in Right now, I'm writing in my pocket calendar what I do each day to keep me accountable.

Monday (2/11): Fitness Dance
Tuesday (2/12): Pilates
Wednesday (2/13): Weights
Thursday (2/14): Kickboxing
Friday (2/15): Weights
Today (2/16): Pilates
