Default Problem w/ Hair Growth

I have been trying to grow my hair out since July of last year. I attempted transitioning in April, had last relaxer in March and BCd in mid-July.

Right now it is February and my hair is only about 4 inches in length. Some of the sides are a bit longer, but that is it.

Everyday I moisturize, work out fairy knots, etc, to no avail. I take silica, MSM and a daily multivitamin. I eat OK and exercise. Still nothing, or rather barely anything.

I haven't noticed a change in length since about October. What is going on? I have tried so many styles of regimens and tips and asked others who have BC'd. No one gives consistent advice, and everyone's hair keeps growing and growing except mine.

Maybe I have a disease.

I am tired of waiting and would like advice on regimens or on products that can be used to supplement / create an artificial growth rate. I think 4" in 7 months is pitiable. Nothing is working. Please help.

Hair grows about 1/2 inch a month so it seems to me you're doing just fine.

4 ins in 7 months is about average actually. you might not be noticing growth because of shrinkage.

in any case, you should be moe concerned with retaining length than increasing growth rate. a regimen is something you'll have to figure out on your own.
