Great work everyone!
Did NROLFW - Stage 1, workout 7B today w/15, 20 and 25 pound weights. whew....
Cool! You're a little ahead of me so I'm going to use you as my guinea pig. :P I did Stage 1, workout 5B today... and kicked my own butt. It's amazing how hard that extra set is.
