Deva No poo, but am now wondering if that was a waste. What is the difference in using the No Poo (maybe once a week) vs. just co washing. Does anyone co wash daily and no poo weekly - or some other variation of these two? Or is even the co wash not suppose to be daily? Sorry, just trying to get off to a CG good start!
