I forgot about this thread. I've been working out but not recording it. Okay, back on track:

Sunday - full body weight training
Monday - "off" day, but walked ~1.5 miles on campus to classes
Tuesday - intervals on treadmill (alternating 2 min. walk, 1 min. run for 20 min.)

My plan for the rest of the week is to do one session of weight training and two sessions of intervals before Saturday.
