See, if I didn't have this thread and my chalkboard in my kitchen to be accountable to, I'm not sure I would ever exercise!
I did Week 2, Day 3 of the C25K yesterday. Today I walked to and from Chipotle to get my dinner, 70 minutes.
I am loving the C25K! I wish I'd known about this earlier. It makes it so freaking reasonable. It used to be if I ran for more than 4-5 minutes, I felt like I was going to die
. So of course I never stuck with it. It never occurred to me that you could build it up gradually like that. I have no idea why this never occurred to me, it's not like I've never been to a gym or had a trainer before.
