Gym today: did 32 minutes on the elliptical at high intensity. A little sore from all the work I did yesterday!
Breakfast: 2 whole grain waffles with 3 tablespoons sugar free syrup, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt. 20 ounces water.
Lunch: sandwich of 2 slices whole wheat bread (40 cals each) and 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 7 Wheat Thins, 20 grapes, 100 calorie-pack of cookies (fake oreos!) Water.
Planning on fruit as a snack and soup/salad for dinner. Good day!
