I would love to take up martial arts, but not sure which. I went to a friend's dojo a few months ago and it was really cool, but too pricey for me.
I know bally's has MA for little kids, but I am going to check to see if they have adult classes for young adults and mature adults.
I am having whole grain WHEAT spaghetti for dinner with mushroom sauce and fat-free brownies (made with apple sauce) for dessert. And lots of water. Even though I love my skim milk, I am trying to drink more water exclusively to hydrate the body better and it also helps the body burn more fat, not to mention what it does for the skin. So, I am going to try to drink water exclusively, except for skim with breakfast and have cranberry juice on weekends with breakfast as it's good for the body as well.
