1/12

Breakfast: bowl of fiber cereal with banana-soy milk, low fat whole wheat muffin, and a cup of tea with a little honey.

Lunch: Lean Cuisine cheese pizza

Dinner: bowl of fiber cereal with banana and soy milk, low fat ww muffin.

Snack: Salsa and chips, frozen yogurt

45 minutes eliptical, 25 minutes of tread mill walking

Next week I'm going back on my strength training/cardio workout.
