1/12: 6" turkey sub w/ provolone & veggies, doritos, chicken tikka (the non-creamy kind) green beans, curried winterberry salad, samosa, cauliflower peas, chole
random strenght cardio and yoga interspersed throughout the day. Maybe 1hr total.
as of this morning, -5 lbs
