Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal crunch with soy and banana; whole wheat low fat english muffin with Smart Balance light

Lunch: Smart One chicken, lots of water

45 minutes of eliptical, 20 minute walk, 2 mile run

Dinner: 12 inch turkey sub with lettuce and banana peppers light mayo

Snack: salsa and black bean chips; two pieces of chocolate (Xmas leftovers very small)
