I love reading what you guys eat. Can you tell I'm such a guy yet? All I eat for dinner is Subway. Its definately not because I can't cook its just I'm too lazy to cook after the gym. Tomorrow is Saturday and I've promised myself I'm laying low for the day so I'm going to have a different menu for tomorrow.
I read somewhere, and I find it holds true, that after strength training, put the protein to your body 45 minutes after you work out. This helps muscles begin their healing process and starts building up the tears from the work out before the lactic acids set in.
