Breakfast: Bowl of multigrain Cheerios, soy, and banana; whole wheat english muffin with Smart Balance

Lunch: skipped it but I had some black bean chips

Dinner: Spagetti and meat balls with garlic bread.

Snack: Hagen Daz (spelt wrong) low fat frozen yogurt.
