Breakfast- fat/free pancakes w/ galss of f/f skim and a glass of water

Dinner- Veggie burger with rice on side.

I am craving thai noodles w/ tofu & mushrooms (no eggs) for some reason, but am trying to avoid fast food. pray for me

ETA: I am thinking of learning to iceskate w/ a friend. is this a huge mistake for one with no coordination whatsoever? I love watching it, but I keep imagining tripping on blade and losing vital limb...
