Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal cereal in soy, whole wheat muffin, side of cottage cheese fat free with pineapple and melon.

Lunch: salsa and chips as I watched the football game

Dinner: Two low fat chicken sausages in low fat whole grain buns with a side salad and fat free peppercorn dressing

Snack: low fat Cherry Garcia frozen yogurt.
