I am not familiar with those ingredients so sorry I can't help there...

I would first see if the coated feeling goes away with your next co-wash. sometimes I get this coated feeling and it washes out in a few days with the normal routine.

If I have buildup that I can't get out with conditioner, I use Dr. Bronner's castile soap. This doesn't have the harsh chemicals that shampoo has, so it doesn't irritate my skin (which is why I don't use shampoo) and it isn't as drying as shampoo if you dilute it, but using it full-strength is not good because that would dry out hair a lot. What I do is dilute a teaspoon of it in a bowl of water and pour that over my hair, then lather up, and repeat one or two more times until hair feels clean. Then follow up with vinegar rinses (about a tablespoon in a 2-3 cups of water) because Dr. Bronner's is very alkaline and you will need to close your hair cuticles after using it. Anyway that is what works for me - it leaves my hair soft and clean without drying it out.
