I've used Right On Right Back (are we talking about the same thing?) off and on for maybe 20 years, and always liked it. Now that I'm not drying my hair out with sulfate shampoos and suffocating it with silicones it definitely works better than before.
I co-wash most days, and LoPoo once a week, then condition. After that I apply the Right On Right Back to my wet hair, then I usually apply AVG (at $2.98 a tube, it's hard to beat when it moisturizes, seals the cuticle, and works as a styling gel too), and plop (often overnight, using a silk scarf to wrap my hair, which is most effective in preventing friction frizz).
OTOH, I've also discovered Jessicurl, and love those products too.
