What have people found? I've tried ACV rinses twice, and liked my hair both days, although I wasn't sure I saw a huge difference. But I water-rinsed, conditioned and rinsed again after the ACV rinse.
I haven't tried it yet, but now I will! I agree with you though. It seems like you should do the ACV rinse after your conditioner and probably not run water through your hair after you do the rinse.
I have 3c hair that I haven't straightened in over 5 years. It's just past shoulder length when dry, and almost waist length when pulled straight.

05/12/09 Still CG. Cowashing with VO5 Lavender Luster. I then condition with Giovanni Smooth as Silk. Styling with VO5 Lavender Luster conditioner with my wide-toothed comb.
