I hear you on the decorating - I'm not into decorating for Christmas AT ALL. I'm really not all that into Christmas in general, honestly. So no, I don't decorate at work either, but I'm not all, "Ohhh, I HATE Christmas and I don't want anything to do with it." I just don't take part, and if someone asks if I want to decorate, I say, "No, thank you, but have fun!" in a cheerful voice and with a smile on my face.
I agree that attitude is everything, and slingin' a smile on your face makes a huge difference both to you, internally, and to everyone around you.
