Well, I just got dealt a personal [relationship-type] blow today, so I am extra glad I am keeping up with this, or my mood would be
I try to do ashtanga yoga, but I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago, so I'm modifying it. I do about 45 minutes of as much as I can of the primary series.
But I also mix it up sometimes by doing flow yoga with vinyasas, just whatever feels good. I actually need to go do yoga right now and I think I will do the flow kind, indulge myself a little.
What type do you do?
