You probably want to start a new thread on Rosario Dawson. She has medium fine, 2b waves. Her hair tends to be straight when cut very short and has big waves and sometimes loose curls the longer it gets. (Think Sandra Oh (Grey's Anatomy's Christina) without the hair being coarse and as plenty.)
I'm sorry, but that cover is not Rosario Dawson. This is: www.imdb.com/media/rm1190171904/nm0206257 You can see many more pictures of her and her hair at this same site - none of them are very curly. About the curliest, worn natural on the very last page of her pictures, looks to be 2c/3a at most.
