Got my training times mixed up today and showed up very early. I ended up doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and then weights with the trainer, and having the first big day of my period. Bleh. All of that together wasn't good. I feel a bit blecky. I'll get over it though.
I tell ya what though. Lunges and squats after running are killer!
