I've heard Paper Towns is good. I also like the Uglies series by Scott Westerfield. I read the first chapter of his book, So Yesterday online and I'm going to get it soon.
BTW... I went through my Twilight phase, but for me it was just a phase, the fascination didn't stick. I'm thinking about selling my Twilight books...
