4/1 Wednesday - Super Callanetics
4/2 Thursday - brisk walk up and down stairs for 35 minute (Chris noticed I've lost weight)
4/3 Friday - 30 minute brisk walk/sprints with 5 min cool down walk back to house
4/5 Sunday - 30 minute brisk walk/sprints with 8 min cool down walk
4/6 Monday - Cathe Slow & Heavy Shoulders and Legs
4/7 Tuesday - Cathe Slow & Heavy Chest & Back
4/8 Wednesday - Cathe Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps, Abs
4/9 Thursday - 35 minute very brisk walk with only 2 sprints with 7 minutes cool down walk
4/12 Sunday - 1 hour Squeeze
4/13 Monday - Squeeze Stronger Upper Body - added Flat Abs section from Custom Squeeze
4/14 Tuesday - 30 minute Squeeze
4/15 Wednesay - Total Body Lift (this is tougher than it looks)
4/16 Thursday - Squeeze Stronger Lower Body
4/18 Saturday - 40 minute fairly easy walk but with the Pipilo hill
4/20 Monday - 1 Hour Squeeze
4/21 Tuesday - Callanetics Evolution (think I like Super Callanetics better)
4/22 Wednesday - Squeeze Stronger Lower Body (and did a meditation)
4/23 Thursday - Squeeze Stronger Upper Body
4/26 Sunday - did the full Squeeze Stronger DVD upper & lower body
4/27 Monday - Squeeze Stronger Lower Body (did the one from the full program, it has a longer abs section).
4/28 Tuesday - Squeeze Stronger Upper Body
4/29 Wednesday - 30 minute Squeeze
