Curlylion - I'm new to CG and still playing around with it, and I workout vigorously 4-5 a week (like sweat dripping off nose and definitely in hair). So far I've been cowashing everyday that I workout to deal with the sweat issue, and used TTTT as a low-poo this week. I really think the tea tree should help your scalp health.
