i was reading an article from allure and it said if you have all over blotchiness (which i read to mean lots of dark marks) that you could apply a thin layer of tri-luma all over. i was always lead to believe that you only apply fade or lightening products to dark marks only.

does it make sense that it would be okay to apply tri-luma all over? i have a LOT of dark marks from my previous acne outbreak. some are bigger and some are tiny but it's so obvious when i'm not wearing any makeup.
