: I need help!
Hello all. I need help re: reporting a swap, or giving it more time.
Long story short. 3 weeks ago I agreed to swap with a member here and received a product that was full of hairy mold. The day I got it, 4/23, I sent her a message telling her about the moldy surprise. She never responded. But in her defense, she hasn't logged in since that morning. I sent the message that afternoon.
What do I do? I've had a product that I paid for and can't use for 2 weeks now. Do I need to wait for her to login? What if that's 2 months from now?
I really need your advice.
