I guess I could reply to my own post. If there was an option "I dunno, I'm new to it all, it's a bit overwhelming, I'm trying to go too fast cuz I have no patients, so I'm TRYING to be CG but tired of reading labels and finding things that dont work for me" then I'd pick that one
