Question Line of frizz where hair hits forehead....anyone?

Hi everyone,
I've got a question for you all. I'm a 3c, and I've had this forehead frizz problem since I was a little kid.

My hair has always been long, except for this little line of frizz where my hair meets my forehead. These hairs are much lighter than the rest of my dark hair, and won't seem to grow past 6ish inches. They also look horribly damaged, and all of them have split ends. They're the first to dry, don't take well to gels, and are a total pain.

I know it's totally normal to have some flyaways, but whenever I pull my hair back, I have this line of frizzy light hairs going from my forehead back behind my ears! It's quite noticeable, at least to me. They always come loose when it's windy, and they drive me nuts!

Anyone have these, and if so, what do you do to deal with them!???

I'll try to get some pictures of them soon.
