LOL! Glad to see you have your sense of humor after this episode! I hope it will swiftly fade, but 8 times a day sounds a little excessive. I think you should definitely contact the company and complain vociferously. That just isn't right.
Just wanted to mention that for years I used drugstore hair color (usually L'Oreal Castings). One time (and one time only) I decided to try Natural Instincts. WOW, did my hair HATE that stuff! No problem with the color, but it just fried my hair something awful. (BTW, I'm loving the Robert Craig color -- you might consider switching to it. It's really gentle on hair and scalp and very easy to work with.)
