I had posted a thread on this before - not to buy from them. Perhaps we should keep this one bumped.

I disputed the charge with my bank (I had used a debit card). I also complained to the BBB, which was a waste of time. My bank gave me a provisional credit and eventually AllState refunded my money (then the bank took back the provisional credit). Major pain in the rear! This is a terrible company.
