I was losing 200-300 per day or perhaps more. My hair was shedding in clumps rather than just strands from all over. I was diagnosed with a b deficiency and started taking more b vitamins, biotin, msm and some extra calcium. My excessive shedding stop, my lost hair grew back, and now I'm back to losing about 100 hairs per day. I have no thinning spots on my head. I have thinner places but they're the same ones I've had all my life.
