Regarding sleeping on it...I tend to get REALLY bad bed hair...when the treatment is done, they will blow your hair out straight and flat iron it...it is SO straight, you will not get bed head the same way as normal, but you will end up with some mess...the minute I get up, I blow it back out straight with a big round brush (that usually fixes it)...in the rare occasions that doesn't fix it, I will flat iron over it after, but the blow dryer usually takes care of the problem...DO NOT wet your hair!!
