Natural hair care for wavy hair

Hello everyone!

I am starting to attempt using natural ingredients for all of my hair/body care. I have somewhat coarse, wavy hair. If anyone else with a similar hair type is using natural stuff on their hair, I would appreciate recommendations. Last time I was CG (I have been blowing it out recently since it's really cold where I live and I don't have time to air dry) I was also protein sensitive.

Where do I start?
2c-Coarse and Porous.
Experimenting with products right now.

My routine:
Low poo for scalp
Condition using icequeen method
rake in gel at scalp
scrunch with microfiber towel
scrunch in more gel side to side
pixiecurl diffuse side to side
SOTC

My hair hates:
Upside down diffusing
Upside down Plopping
Protein

My hair has grown out to about 50% gray (white) so its not only coarse, its very prone to frizz, and somewhat brittle. I get literally no frizz, day after day, with this combo.
