I am trying to lighten my hair naturally, and I heard honey works really well. But how often can I apply it?
yesterday I sprayed my hair with a 2 tbsp honey: 2 cup water mixture, let it dry part way, then rinsed and brushed through my hair while it was wet to get any crazy residue off.
Are there other ways to use honey on your hair (I know putting it in conditioner is good!) and how often can i do this? Or what is your experience?
If it matters, I have what I think is about 3b hair!
