This happens to my curls occasionally! It either means: 1) I am over conditioned and need protein, or 2) I need a trim. Of course, my hair may differ from yours, but this is my experience. :)

That's how my hair was looking to I'm a 3b too. Then I did the acv rinse and it restore the hair. I'm probably build up that the shampoo is not getting rid of. My hair was bouncy too the. It just got frizzy all of a sudden, but its back to bouncy and non frizzy lol. It was due to my build up

Does that Tresemme Flawless Curls conditioner and shampoo have cones? That might be adding to the problem. Use a shampoo that does not have cones so that you really clarify the hair so that you can clear the way for moisture to penetrate into the hair.

I normally use IAgirl's Protein Treatment Recipe. Now, I'm experimenting with the Aphogee 2-step treatment.
