Question taking care of 3b curls help

i need help on how to condition and shampoo at the rite time.
ive been co-washing every other day and shampooing only once a week when i first started this my hair was soo pretty and my curls were bouncy, now ive been doing this for 3 weeks and my hair looks different and feels weighed down. what am i doing wrong?

PRODUCTS ive been using:
tresseme flawless curls shampoo and conditioner
Mega profective growth anti-breakage growth oil
organics leave-in liquid hair mayonnaise

This happens to my curls occasionally! It either means: 1) I am over conditioned and need protein, or 2) I need a trim. Of course, my hair may differ from yours, but this is my experience.

That's how my hair was looking to I'm a 3b too. Then I did the acv rinse and it restore the hair. I'm probably build up that the shampoo is not getting rid of. My hair was bouncy too the. It just got frizzy all of a sudden, but its back to bouncy and non frizzy lol. It was due to my build up

thank you both so much i think it probably is build-up i use alot of the oil moisturizer lotion in my hair i might get a new shampoo

Does that Tresemme Flawless Curls conditioner and shampoo have cones? That might be adding to the problem. Use a shampoo that does not have cones so that you really clarify the hair so that you can clear the way for moisture to penetrate into the hair.

I normally use IAgirl's Protein Treatment Recipe. Now, I'm experimenting with the Aphogee 2-step treatment.
