Acv rinse

I just tried the acv rinse and my hair loved loved loved it. My scalp feels so clean and my hair feels lighter and its shinier. This will def be on my do to list. How often is this rinse suppose to get done.
Once a month works. If it is done too often, it can dry out your hair. And it also depends on how concentrated the mixture is.

i try to do it once a week, but somtimes i go a month before i do it again. i add tones of other herbs to mine, this helps a number of different things, encluding shine, strength and helps with growth and any scalp problems. i guess i would use about a cup of water and table spoon vinegar. i dont rinse it out it does smell a bit but the smells gone when my hair is dry.

my hair: 3c, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

I also blog about my hair journey, please feel free to read and comment/ask questions http://www.naturallycurly.com/blogs/...air-blogs/2494
