Nice progress
I take Biotin and multi-vitamins. I did notice growth (especially in my eye lashes) the first few months, but, after that, not so much

I take hairfinity pills.. It's basically a combination of biotin, silica,msm and some of the vitamins.. I also take omega 3

I hate the taste of these vitamins so I never was able to keep up a good regie of vitamins....I do crush them up in put them in my keratin mixture though
