Default Hot oil treats and deep conditions

Okay so I'm about to start a natural hair regimen after all this research I've done on what to use. I've heard that hot oils treatments and deep conditions are essential to your hair regimen. Problem is idk when to use them. Can I do them both on the same day or should I one week do hot oils and the next week deep condition ? Any suggestions ? Anyone please

I have 4a hair type by the way

If you use penetrating oils (coconut, olive, avocado) hot oils is a form of deep condition/ treatment. Many natural ladies use oils as an overnight pre-wash, then deep condition as a post-wash, can do same day or different days depending on your schedule.

Do you know your hair properties? Using a lot of oils may not a wise idea if you are low porosity for example. You should also consider hydrolysed protein treatments, most people use protein followed by a deep condition so same day.
