I'm a no 'poo kinda girl so instead of using shampoo, I do weekly treatments with Bentonite Clay which can be found at The Vitamin Shoppe. As far as conditioners I use Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose which can be found at The Vitamin Shoppe as well as Naked Naturals Avocado & Shea Butter conditoner which can be found at your local CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aids. In addition, the Naked Naturals carries various lines of shampoos and conditioners.

Shampoo: Dr. Bronners
Condish: I doubt it's organic but Suave Tangerine Dream conditioner mixed with an oil.

I like Trader Joe's Castille soap and nourishing spa shampoo. Also like Chagrin Valley's shampoo bar. I think afroveda makes a prettty good carrot shampoo bar as well. But I think a periodic bentonite clay treatment really helps clarify as well.

I really liked Aubrey Organics Honey suckle rose and giovanni 50/50. They both worked well on my hair. Right now they are a tad too expensive for my budget but once I get some more money.... someday.... I may return to these...

Max Green Alchemy Scalp Rescue Shampoo
Dr. Bronner's Lavender Leave-In Conditioner
(I haven't tried any organic detangling / rinse-out conditioners, because I need to use so much, and it gets expensive. My favorite detangling conditioner is Renpure - the red bottle.)

I used the Shea Moisture Raw Shea Restorative Shampoo and Conditioner. (The one in the yellowish paper) How do you like the balancing set? I wanted to try it, was just wondering how it worked.

I have heard alot of good things about Jessicurl Cream Cleanser and AOHSR...I'm gonna see if they are any good.
The Shampoo and Deep Conditioner I have been using is leaving me a bit dry, it's okay in the summer...but I need something richer for the fall.

Desert Essence Shampoo & Conditioner. The best yet. The conditioners have too much slip which is off the hook and the shampoo do not have sulfates.

I am going to check out these conditioners. Are any of them especially good for curls/dry hair?

I have been using their Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner which is geared towards dry hair. When I had a twa I used their Italian Red Grape and Red Raspberry conditioners with some success. I wasn't that impressed with either of them this go around. Last wash day I mixed AOWC with the Desert Essence con just to use it up. I might repurchase the shampoo because it's less drying than Nature's Gate Daily Herbal Shampoo for me. HTH

I am loving the Desert Essence Coconut Conditioner! It's great as a rinse out and LI. It's thick, creamy and smells wonderful...

I've tried a couple different Nature's Gate condishs and they are too thin/not moisturizing enough for me. I use the current one I have (I found a huge 32oz bottle at TJ Maxx for $7.99 so I am using it up) as a shaving cream and occasionally for cowashing. But my hair sucks up moisture like crazy, so its not too surprising that a thin condish wasn't rich enough for it. I really wanted the Nature's Gate to work though.
Ditto on the TJ Nourish condish. I love the price, and it got rave reviews here, so I bought a bottle, and it just didn't do anything for my hair. Again, shaving cream and cowash, once I get through the huge bottle of Nature's Gate. Or it'll go on the swap board eventually. Not sure yet.
In the meantime, I just picked up a Yes to Cucs condish and the initial results are promising This one is organic, right?

I have curly hair, but it was all damaged by normal shampoos. So I was looking for a miracle. ( here in the Netherlands you will not find that)
One day my friend told me about naturallycurly and I think I found my little miracle. Where I come from there is not such thing like organic products for curly hair.
So looked up all the conditioners and shampoos you prefer and some are really good! They don't contain sillecones or sulfates, but when I googled some products like desert essence, Devacurl, Tigi BedJoico Joiwhip, Kenra they all contain very toxic ingrediënts like Parabane. Never heard of it befor, but they are very nasty. The Skin Deep Cosmetic Safety Database. also says that these product are not good for you.
Can somebody tell me about products that a really, really organic?

It's not really organic, but I actually found the Organix Hydrating TeaTree Mint shampoo very softening and gentle. It left my hair feeling clean, soft, and definitely not stripped, which surprised me for a drugstore shampoo. Another really good shampoo was the Elasta QP Creme Conditioning, which can be found at most BSS. I don't have any suggestions for a conditioner, since I'm still searching. HTH.
