For anyone out there who has used the Aubrey hair mask I have a question that I really need answering before I buy it please. Can it be used as a regular deep conditioner that you put in after shampooing, leave to set then wash out with just water???

I ask because the instructions say to use if BEFORE shampoo, then wash it out with shampoo.
