I'm pretty sure that it can be used in many ways.
Personally I use it as a leave-in and as a face moisturizer.

I use avocado oil on my ends to keep them from knotting or as a skin moisturizer.

I use avocado oil sometimes in my DC. I either mix it in with AOHSR to make it less thick and easier to apply. I also add it to my homemade DC. I also mix it with apricot kernel oil and coconut oil and use it as a body oil when I get out of the shower. Hope that helps!

i use it from head to toe. i mix it with shea butter, castor & olive oil for my body and on my hair ends sometimes. I also like to mix it with water, castor oil & pathenol for a nice hair spritz ( + optiphen as a preservative).

What's optiphen? Is it a natural or synthetic preservative?
